Published course dates are tentative, until confirmed by Yenlo Training Services. Yenlo may cancel or reschedule a class at its discretion, and if it does, will use reasonable efforts to notify you at least 2 weeks in advance. You will not be charged for the cancellation or rescheduling.
Customer cancellations must be confirmed in writing or given verbally no later than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations for public, scheduled courses received less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled course are subject to a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the course, and cancellations received less than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled course are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the course.
Training presentations and courses may not be electronically recorded without prior written permission from Yenlo.
All information provided in this Training Agreement is confidential and may not be reproduced or divulged in any manner without prior written consent by Yenlo.
